🚀 Getting started

Do I need to set anything up to use reporting?

No. Basic reporting is included with every Connie account and lives inside Flex — there's nothing to install. Your account even comes with a curated Standard Reporting dashboard already built, so start there.

Where do I find reporting in Connie?

Inside Flex:

  • 🕓 HistoricalDashboards and Analyze (native Flex Insights)

Who can see reporting?

Administrators and supervisors with the Insights role. Agents do not — reporting never appears in an agent's view. Both admins and supervisors see the same reporting in Basic.

🟢🕓 Real-time vs. historical

What's the difference between real-time and historical reporting?
  • Real-time (Teams View, Queues Stats) — what's happening right now.
  • Historical (Flex Insights) — what happened over time, and the trends inside it.

How current is the real-time data?

It streams live — Teams View updates as activity happens, and Queues Stats refreshes about every 15 seconds (the "Now" tiles every 1–3 seconds). The 60-minute figure you may have heard applies only to the historical data, not real-time.

📊 Using reports

Can I build my own report?

Yes. Open Analyze and drag metrics and dimensions into the Metrics, Rows, and Columns zones — it's all drag-and-drop, no code. See Customizing dashboards.

How do I change the time frame?

Use the date filter at the top of any dashboard: quick-picks for the last 7 / 30 / 60 / 90 / 180 / 365 days, or a custom From/To range for anything longer than a year.

How far back does the data go?

About 24 months of history is available. The exact window can change — check with your Connie team if you need to rely on a specific date range.

📌 Exporting & downloading

Can I download or export my reports?

It depends on which surface you're on — there's no blanket "no download":

  • Native Insights dashboards — ✅ yes, export to PDF or XLSX from the dashboard menu.
  • connie.plus Data Center reports — ⏳ not yet. Raw-data download is in development, available by June 15, 2026.

🟦🟪 Basic vs. Advanced

What's the difference between Basic and Advanced?

Basic (included) tells you what happened. Advanced (a paid upgrade) takes that same data and reshapes it into funder-, county-, and board-ready reports — "the same data, already in the shape your funders want." See Advanced.

What's NOT included in Basic?
  • Funder / grant / board exports (the funder-ready formatting) → Advanced
  • Community-impact reporting (SDOH / CIE outcomes) → Advanced
How do I get Advanced?

Advanced is a paid upgrade — talk to your Connie team about adding it for your account.

🆘 Getting help

How do I give a new supervisor access to reporting?

Ask your Connie team to grant the Insights role to that person's account — it's a quick per-account step.

Can Connie build a custom dashboard for us?

Yes. Connie can build curated dashboards tailored to your programs — just ask your Connie team.
